Job summary

AvantStay is seeking a Field Operations Agent to support daily operations across its properties in the designated area. You will inspect properties, manage supplies, and respond to guest concerns to ensure a superior guest experience.

The role requires frequent travel and proximity to the market. Responsibilities include overseeing housekeeping dispatching in the absence of the local market leader, onboarding new homes, and maintaining operational standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Ability and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties in the designated area to ensure AvantStay standards.
• Maintain inventory and supplies for market properties and the office.
• Respond to guest or homeowner issues via email, calls, texts, Slack, and tickets.
• Perform minor housekeeping or routine rental maintenance tasks as needed.
• Travel frequently to properties within the designated area to support operations.
