Job summary

AvantStay is seeking a Field Operations Agent to support local market operations across designated properties. You will audit properties, maintain supplies, respond to guest and homeowner concerns, and travel frequently to site locations to ensure a high service standard.

The role requires proximity to the market, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Generous benefits and a path for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint); Salesforce a plus.
• Ability and availability to work weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Report to local market leader and perform routine tasks.
• Inspect properties to ensure AvantStay standards.
• Maintain office inventory and supplies for market properties.
• Respond to guest/homeowner issues via email, calls, texts, Slack, tickets.
• Perform minor housekeeping or routine maintenance like linen changes and light repairs.
• Travel frequently to properties within the designated area.
• Oversee housekeeping dispatching in the absence of market leader.
• Focus on onboarding new homes.
