Job summary

AvantStay is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to support operations for multiple vacation rental properties in the designated area. You will ensure guest experiences are superior by auditing properties, managing supplies, and promptly addressing concerns.

The role requires proximity to properties and frequent local travel. You will act as a market lead when needed, coordinate with owners, and help maintain AvantStay standards while collaborating with the in-market team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in vacation rental industry preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel in-market and weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager with day-to-day operations for AvantStay properties in the designated area.
• Audit properties, manage supplies, and respond to guest/owner concerns promptly.
• Serve as market lead in absence of Area Manager and Senior Assistant Area Manager.
• Communicate with property owners and coordinate with internal departments.
