Job summary

AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Agent to support property management within the designated area. You will audit properties, maintain supplies, and respond quickly to guest or homeowner concerns while traveling between sites to ensure consistent operations.

The role requires close proximity to the market, independent time management, and the ability to stand, walk, and drive frequently. Prior hospitality/real estate experience is a plus, and local residency is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to the local market leader and perform routine tasks.
• Inspect properties to ensure AvantStay standards.
• Maintain inventory and stock in the office and at properties.
• Respond to guest/homeowner inquiries promptly via email, calls, texts, and tickets.
• Perform minor housekeeping or routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Travel to various properties within the area to support operations.
• Oversee housekeeping dispatching when the local market leader is absent.
• Focus on onboarding new homes.
