Job summary

BestDrive, a subsidiary of Continental, is hiring an Operations Development Supervisor to elevate store operations, develop leaders, and stabilize locations. The role requires extensive field work, coaching teams, and implementing training across multiple stores.

You will partner with HR and store teams, drive staffing improvements, and support leadership transitions, with significant travel and hands-on operational focus to deliver long-term success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of operational or field leadership experience.
• Proven success developing, coaching, and training employees.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and support to stores experiencing management vacancies.
• Assess staffing, training, workflow, equipment, and service readiness needs; develop stabilization plans.
• Deliver operational training and coaching to Store Managers, Service Leads, Technicians, and other staff; monitor progress.
