Job summary

Continental's BestDrive division seeks an experienced Operations Development Supervisor to stabilize stores, build leadership readiness, and drive training across our growing network. You will work hands-on in stores, coach staff, and partner with HR to support hiring and onboarding while traveling extensively to multiple locations as business needs require.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, coaching, and developing future leaders to ensure long-term success across the BestDrive

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of operational or field leadership experience.
• Experience within commercial tire, automotive service, fleet service, or similar environments.
• Proven success developing, coaching, and training employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and support to stores experiencing management vacancies.
• Assess staffing, training, workflow, equipment, and service readiness needs.
• Develop and execute store stabilization plans.
• Help establish accountability, operational consistency, and team effectiveness.
• Support successful transitions to permanent store leadership.
• Deliver operational training and coaching to Store Managers, Service Leads, Technicians, and other staff.
• Monitor training effectiveness and document progress.
• Partner with Safety and other teams to reinforce compliance and excellence.
