TK Elevator in Tacoma, WA is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator- Service/Repair to support installation base maintenance, dispatch communication, invoice processing, and data management across service teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration.
• Some elevator repair administrative work preferred.
• Oracle database knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Install Base records and safety inspection tickets.
• Update on-call lists and notify Dispatch daily.
• Provide status on open work orders to National Accounts and customers.
• Assign tickets to mechanics and support service operations.
• Prepare reports for accounts receivable and regional leadership.
• Process invoices, verify contracts, and manage document flow.
• Support procurement, safety meetings, and documentation.

Education

High school diploma or GED

One year certificate from college or technical school

Three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration

Some elevator repair administrative work preferred
