Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk in Utah to support daily product movements and coordination with customers and field personnel.

Responsibilities include data entry, inventory management, and timely communication to management. The role requires basic math, strong written and verbal communication, and flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends on a 12-hour rotating shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and good verbal/written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Data entry on product movements into and out of the facility, and associated tasks.
• Inventory and alarm management for the process control system and communicate issues as needed.
• Coordinate product deliveries with outside carriers and field personnel.
• Interact with customers and their representatives to provide coordination and information.
