Job summary

Your Home Improvement Company is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate field operations teams (YHIC subcontractors) and inside office operations in Minnesota. You will review project schedules, assist with recruiting installers, monitor progress, and maintain customer communication while managing labor costs and inventory.

Responsibilities include reviewing new jobs for accuracy, tracking costs, handling A/R/A/P closings, payroll processing, improving branch production, and supervising

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction field operations, focused on bathrooms, doors, siding, and windows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technology proficiency.
• Well organized with proactive approach to customer/employee/subcontractor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Review new jobs for accuracy and completeness
• Track and manage labor and material costs
• Review and/or perform all accounting functions including A/R, A/P, closings
• Ensure employee payroll information is processed
• Maintain and improve branch production cycle time
• Manage inventory and warehouse
• Employee and subcontractor recruitment
• Review schedules
• Other duties as assigned
