Job summary

Your Home Improvement Company is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate field operations teams (YHIC subcontractors) and inside office activities. Responsibilities include reviewing project schedules, recruiting installers/subcontractors, monitoring progress, maintaining customer communications, managing labor costs, inventory, and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in construction field ops and strong organizational and tech skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction field operations with focus on bathrooms, doors, siding and windows.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to customer/employee/subcontractor interactions.
• Proficient with technology and able to work effectively within an organization.
• Well organized with ability to think on your feet and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review new jobs for accuracy and completeness
• Track and manage labor and material costs
• Review and/or perform all accounting functions including A/R, A/P, monthly, quarterly, yearly closings
• Ensure all employee personnel and payroll information is processed
• Maintain and improve branch production cycle time
• Review concerns with Regional Operations Manager
• Manage inventory and warehouse
• Employee and subcontractor recruitment
• Review schedules
• Other duties may be assigned
