Ruppert Landscape seeks an Assistant Field Manager to assist the Field Manager in overseeing labor and materials on contract maintenance and snow removal projects. You’ll help develop staff and ensure projects meet budget and schedule targets, while collaborating with other field managers to achieve branch goals.

The role focuses on leadership, field operations, and customer satisfaction, with competitive pay and standard landscape benefits. Kent Island, MD location.

Qualifications

• Manage others at various levels.
• Work with service customers.
• At least one year of contract maintenance experience.
• Two-year or four-year horticulture degree plus two years industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production on contracts.
• Develop team through coaching and training.
• Attend training sessions and certifications regularly.
• Monitor budgets and communicate hours to crewmembers.
• Ensure quality and address customer concerns.
• Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment.
