Job summary
Ruppert Landscape Co is seeking an Assistant Field Manager for landscape maintenance. You will assist the Field Manager in supervising labor, materials, and daily production on contract maintenance and snow removal projects, while developing team members.

Qualifications
- One year of experience in contract maintenance in a commercial setting.
- Ability to identify and diagnose insect and disease problems and schedule appropriate treatment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record over the last three years.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts.
- Develop understanding of budgets for each job and communicate hours to crewmembers.
- Monitor quality of work and bring issues to the customer’s attention.
