Ruppert Landscape is hiring an Assistant Field Manager to support Field Manager in labor and material management for contract maintenance and snow removal. You will develop team members and help meet branch goals through training and effective supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams or crews in field operations.
• Strong customer service and client-facing skills.
• Ability to plan, monitor, and adjust field budgets and hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of branch goals and financial position.
• Get to know team members and support their development.
• Attend or lead regular certification training sessions.
• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on contracts.
• Understand and monitor hourly budgets and job costs; communicate budgets to crew.
• Ensure quality of work and raise issues to customers; inspect daily work.
• Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment in good working order.
