Ruppert Landscape seeks an Assistant Field Manager to support the Field Manager in supervising labor and material for contract maintenance and snow removal projects. You will help develop your team, monitor budgets, and ensure quality by daily inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience managing others in a field setting.
• Experience with contract maintenance in a commercial setting.
• Two-year or four-year horticultural degree with related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on contracts.
• Develop a clear understanding of budgets by hours and costs; monitor and communicate hours.
• Monitor quality of work and address issues with the customer.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment in good condition.
• Develop the people reporting to you and participate in training.
