• Demonstrated ability to manage others in a field setting.
• Experience working with service customers in a contract maintenance environment.
• Minimum one year of contract maintenance experience in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts.
• Monitor budgets by hours and costs; communicate budget hours to crew.
• Inspect jobs daily to ensure quality and address issues with customers.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment in good condition.
