Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines is seeking a Field Administrator position at either Edna or Refugio, TX. The role focuses on administrative duties, data entry into Oracle, and coordination across departments to ensure safe and compliant operations.

The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting the Area Manager and field staff. A High School Diploma is required, with an Associate Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to learn computer-based project tracking and compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with area operating budget monitoring.
• Support Area Manager and area personnel in operations.
• Track shipping and receiving materials and supplies.
• Conduct compliance tracking and audits (OMS, Maximo, Veriforce).
• Develop project folders and status tracking.
• Organize filing systems and audit compliance activities.
• Input payroll and accounts into Oracle.
• Coordinate, audit tracking, and incident notifications.
