Job summary

AbbVie Inc. in New England seeks an Oncology Nurse Educator to lead education across academic and community oncology accounts. The role is field-based and requires residency in MA, ME, NH, CT, RI, or VT, with heavy travel.

You will develop customized education plans, educate on TA products and infusion procedures, and share clinical insights through 1:1 sessions, round-tables, and podium talks. Collaboration across medical, clinical ops, and sales is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or NP (Master’s preferred).
Three or more years of clinical or pharma education/medical affairs experience (oncology preferred).
Excellent communication, planning, influencing, business acumen and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel up to 60% with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic education leader across oncology accounts with prepared resources for patient care teams.
Develop customized education plans from account dynamics and clinical insights.
Educate on infusion processes, product preparation, and adverse event management.
Lead 1:1 presentations, in-services, and educational programs for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical ops, and medical teams as needed.
Travel to internal meetings and customer sites to provide clinical information.
