Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. is hiring an On-Site Service Representative for the East Denver Route. This full-time, on-site role supports multiple customer locations, managing inventory and delivering outstanding customer service on a fixed weekday schedule.

You will drive route efficiency, stock products at customer sites, and assist sales partners by identifying additional product needs during site visits. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 25–60 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60lbs and/ or work in difficult positions.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Handle different technical and operational issues.
• Have andmaintaina valid driver's license in State of residence.
• Must carry required levels of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations; ensure stocking levels by scanning for ordering purposes as inventory is depleted.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Follow designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility where the service is being provided.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
• Probes for customer needs during each site visit and works with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
