Job summary

Grainger is hiring a Full-Time On-Site Service Representative for our East Denver Route. The role involves servicing multiple customer locations, stocking products, and resolving issues to maintain loyalty. You will follow routes defined by software and aim to improve productivity on each site visit.

The position requires 3 years in selling or service, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 25–60 lbs. A valid driver's license and insurance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Follow designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility where the service is provided.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
• Probes for customer needs during each site visit and works with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.

Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $23-29/hr.

Position Details

We're hiring a Full-Time On-Site Service Representative for our East Denver Route. The working hours are Monday-Friday, between 7am-4pm.

You Will:

• Service multiple customer locations
• Receive and stockpurchasedproductin designated customer locations, ensure product stocking levels by scanning for ordering purposes as inventory is depleted.
• Resolve customer problems promptly toretainand promote customer loyalty.
• Follow designated route defined by routing software tools andmaintainroute guides.
• Identifycontinuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply withsafety and inspection requirements of the facility where the service is being provided.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers toidentifyadditionalproduct needs
• Probes for customer needs during each site visit and works with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings

You Have:
