Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks a Subcontract Coordinator to manage interfaces between contractors and site operations. The role is the primary liaison between the contractors and the area operations personnel, with approximately 25% time in the field.

Responsibilities include understanding scopes, ensuring contract compliance, leading pre-job meetings, and monitoring safety, quality, cost and schedule while coordinating documentation and approvals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical/engineering degree preferred.
• Ability to work in process and field areas, including physical tasks like stairs/ladders.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to interact across levels and with external organizations.

Responsibilities

• Understand scopes of work and ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare passes and work permits; audit safety programs and JSAs.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule; verify service receipt and pay invoices.
• Maintain daily field reports and documentation; resolve claims and issues.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and client meetings.
