Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a Maintenance Site Manager to oversee daily field maintenance and construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to company and client standards. The role requires directing craft supervision, coordinating with procurement, and maintaining safety and quality across the project portfolio.

You will work with cross-functional teams to manage schedules, budgets, and workforce resources, while driving continuous improvement and a safe work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Capable of working in dusty, hot/cold/wet conditions.
• Must be able to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, and tight spaces.
• 10–12 years of direct related craft experience with relevant certifications.
• 3–5 years of direct supervision experience in a fast-paced maintenance/construction environment.
• General computer skills (email, Word, Excel); good verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily field maintenance/construction activities.
• Ensure safety and environmental procedures are followed on site.
• Oversee procurement alignment with project schedule and client requirements.
• Directly supervise Craft Supervisors; manage performance and coaching.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Client teams to deliver on schedule and budget.
