Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services, a subsidiary of Globus Medical Inc., seeks an on-site Neuromonitoring Specialist/Associate Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring. You will work with top surgeons and the medical team, ensuring data quality and patient safety during procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; no prior professional experience expected.
• CNIM eligibility via ABRET pathways (R EEG T, R EP T or CNIM status).
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring and/or anatomy/physiology.
• OR experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% and maintain hospital privileges.
• Eligible for medical malpractice insurance coverage as provided by the company.
• Obtain and maintain CNIM status.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical history and consults with the surgeon on monitoring modalities.
• Communicates monitoring data to surgical team during cases.
• Displays and labels waveforms and calculates latencies, amplitudes, conduction times.
• Identifies protocols and performs troubleshooting for accurate data collection.
• Completes documentation and maintains IOM logs and uploads.
• Maintains neuromonitoring equipment and performs maintenance checks.
• Represents the company professionally and adheres to policies.
