Job summary

Zodiac Solutions, Inc. seeks experienced IT/telecom technicians to support and manage network infrastructure for field sites. Responsibilities include device installation, rack and cable work, and ongoing maintenance across WAN/LAN systems with emphasis on console access and remote support.

The role requires hands-on experience with networking gear, IP telephony and RF systems, plus ability to work on-site at various company locations, including disaster recovery readiness and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting and managing network infrastructure.
• Experience in racking, stacking, cabling and decommissioning of network hardware devices.
• Site Services support for network device maintenance and support (console/remote).
• Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, WiFi, IP Telephony (IPT), and RF equipment such as microwave radios, cellular nodes, and VSATs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets.
• Patching cable installation and recovery.
• Installing power leads.
• Installing, removing or swapping equipment.
• Locating and identifying network circuits and tagging the demark location.
• Providing escort services for Company third party vendors or subcontractors.
• Adhering to risk management processes and safety training; reporting incidents.
• Complying with audit, information protection, security standards, and physical access controls.
