PlanIT Group is seeking an experienced field technician to manage daily service operations for installations and deployments across North American client sites. You will collaborate with project managers, technicians, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery of low voltage cabling, network devices, and wireless infrastructure.

The role requires strong problem-solving, customer service skills, and practical knowledge of data communications.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of experience in data communications.
• Proficient with basic networking concepts and IP telephony.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day service operations for installations and deployments.
• Maintain a customer service-oriented environment focused on issue resolution.
• Provide hardware break-fix services for network infrastructure and perform tests.
• Coordinate with project managers and client teams to deliver on project goals.
• Perform site work including installation of cabling and network devices.
