Pillar Innovations is seeking a Network/Telecom Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot data network infrastructure across customer sites. The role involves routers, switches, cabling, and IT devices, with after-hours availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, SMTP and related Web technologies.
• Experience with Routers, Switches, Wireless, and Firewalls.
• Ability to document work history and support multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot data network infrastructure including routers, switches, and cabling.
• Provide on-site and remote support to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Address customer questions or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to meet project goals and security requirements.
• Respond to after-hours calls if needed and maintain daily work logs.
