Brava is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Network Technician to join our Managed Services Engineering and Service Delivery team in St. Thomas, USVI.

You will support customer deployments, equipment installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation while collaborating with engineers and support teams to ensure high-quality service. Responsibilities include staging equipment, installing and testing network gear, documenting deployments, and assisting with customer onboarding.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or 3 years relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years in network technician/IT support/telecom role.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, switching, routing, wireless networking.

Mansioni

• Equipment staging, inventory, and verification before deployments.
• Install network, wireless, voice, and security equipment at customer locations.
• Perform testing and validation of installed equipment.
• Support equipment setup and configuration under guidance of senior staff.
• Provide onsite troubleshooting and technical support for customer services.
• Maintain installation and deployment documentation and records.
• Assist with customer onboarding and basic user training.
