Job summary

The role involves substantial off-site sales activities and requires regular travel away from bank locations. Required qualifications include NMLS registration, a high school degree or equivalent, and 2+ years in

Qualifications

NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z; ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements.
High school degree or equivalent.
2+ years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience.

Responsibilities

Originates mortgage loans in an assigned non-bank territory; takes applications and conducts preliminary underwriting reviews.
Submits loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval and follows up to secure needed documents.
Spend time away from U.S. Bank locations for loan sales activities as part of the role.
