U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate loans in an assigned non-bank territory. You will take applications, perform preliminary underwriting, and move file through processing and underwriting for approval.

The role involves at least 50% of time spent away from U.S. Bank locations and requires NMLS registration, a high school degree, and 2+ years in mortgage, sales, or real estate. Strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and REG Z
• 2+ years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience
• Excellent communication skills and sales ability

Responsabilités

• Originates mortgage loans in an assigned Non-Bank territory.
• Takes applications, conducts preliminary underwriting reviews, submits loan applications for approval.
• Engages in sales activities away from U.S. Bank locations (≥50% of time)
