Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a Field Loan Officer to build relationships with clients and homebuilding associates through face-to-face meetings. You will assess financial data, guide customers on mortgage products, and facilitate the loan process in accordance with Lennar Mortgage roadmap.

Responsibilities include lead generation, field travel, and loan origination while adhering to federal, state, and company regulations.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent required or preferred.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• NMLS license or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mortgage industry software/tools.
• Willingness to work in field offices/communities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and customer relations; generate leads through field visits and seminars.
• Advise customers on mortgage solutions and review/lock interest rates before closing.
• Lead daily outreach to schedule in-person or virtual meetings with clients.
• Originate and prepare new loans in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain pipeline, create reports, and document loan activity in origination systems.
