Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Loan Officer to drive outside sales, build relationships with brokers and realtors, and guide customers through mortgage options. The role focuses on obtaining loan applications, advising on loan programs, and ensuring smooth closings through proactive collaboration with partners.

The position requires flexibility including evenings and weekends, a valid driver's license, and an NMLS license (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Three years loan originating experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• NMLS license required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Company’s growth through outside sales activities and lead generation.
• Travel to communities, realtors’ offices, and other locations to solicit new business and/or leads.
• Conduct First Time Homebuyer Seminars to develop leads and build relationships with New Home Consultants and prospective customers.
• Meet with prospective/current customers to explain Lennar Mortgage offerings and collect loan applications.
