Job summary

360care is seeking a field-based assistant to support audiology, optometry, podiatry and behavioral health teams at assigned long-term care facilities. You’ll prepare charts, maintain EMR records, manage equipment, and assist providers during visits.

The role requires reliable transportation, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 100% of the time. You’ll coordinate patient flow, document care activities, and uphold HIPAA and safety guidelines while delivering compassionate

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record and car insurance.
• Must have completed and passed a two-step TB Skin Test.
• Good computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow directions and listen to needs of patients and doctors.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor and prep chart before each visit.
• Maintain accurate clinical records via EMR.
• Clean and maintain medical equipment.
• Support scheduling and reporting with office staff.
• Coordinate patient flow during facility visits.
• Post charges to the correct provider in a timely fashion.
• Ensure HIPAA and safety guidelines are followed.
• Travel to assigned medical facilities up to 100% of the time.
