Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts is seeking a Field Mechanic Technician to deliver high quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, electrical, and safety services. This role combines full mechanical repair with advanced ADAS calibration while traveling daily to Crash Champions locations and other partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive mechanical experience required. Expanded scope beyond calibration-only roles.
• I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days of hire and ASE certification scheduled within 90 days of hire.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS, electrical systems, diagnostics, programming, and calibrations.
• Experience with suspension, brake, HVAC, dash removal and post collision inspections.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment and OEM service information.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, and electrical services.
• Travel daily to service locations using a company vehicle.
• Perform ADAS calibrations when trained, equipped, and authorized.
• Document repair work per OEM guidelines and ensure quality outcomes.
• Test drive to verify system functionality and communicate results to customers.
