Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to lead deployment, system integration, user training, and daily operational success for a critical defense account. The role requires hands-on leadership in configuring, deploying, and validating complex systems in collaboration with military operators and engineers.
You will bridge the gap between field operators and engineering, ensuring high system adoption, accurate feedback, and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Must prioritize mission-driven outcomes and defense domain awareness.
- Ability to adapt to unstructured environments and work autonomously.
- Strong collaboration skills and humility in a fast-moving team.
- Experience training operators/administrators of communications devices.
- Solid software/systems mindset; able to configure software and troubleshoot networks.
- Excellent communication with operators and military stakeholders; willing to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical configuration, deployment, and integration of systems.
- Design and deliver hands-on training to military, security, and tactical operators.
- Translate operational requirements and bugs back to engineering teams.
