Axon Enterprise is seeking a seasoned customer-facing, technically adept leader to own outcomes in strategic, on-site deployments. You will design, build, and ship AI-enabled workflows and integrations, driving adoption and measurable mission impact in public-safety environments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments (typically 8+ years; varied experience welcome)
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required
• Proven builder: shipped automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end customer outcomes in strategic accounts, including deployment, adoption, optimization and ongoing success
• Build and ship capabilities on Axon platform (AI Era, agents, workflows, integrations, data tools) onsite
• Design, deploy and iterate with CJIS, privacy and evidence integrity guardrails in every build
• Coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support and Services when issues arise
• Lead onsite engagement, track success metrics (time-to-first-production-use, adoption by site/role) and influence roadmap decisions
• Develop field intelligence from customer experiences to drive product and engineering decisions
