Axon is seeking a seasoned, owner-focused leader to drive customer outcomes in strategic accounts. This role emphasizes delivering production-ready solutions, not just software adoption, with hands-on work onsite and close collaboration with agency leadership.

You will own deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to ensure measurable mission results and enduring value. This is a high-responsibility, field-facing position.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or operational transformation.
• 8+ years of deployment experience is typical.
• Preferred: former law enforcement or military background.

Responsabilités

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines — tested with real users and data.
• Build with Axon products, not around them — configure, integrate, and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records, and related systems.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document patterns for reuse across accounts.
• Apply responsible innovation guardrails — CJIS, evidence integrity, privacy — in every build.
• Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
