Qualifications

• 3+ years of utility field operations experience.
• 3+ supervisory experience in utility field operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate consensus and collaborate with peers.
• Working knowledge of PC applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Metering department operations and prioritize field work.
• Schedule and oversee a mobile workforce.
• Develop strategy to deliver corporate operating model and budget targets.
• Communicate key strategic and operational matters to field operations management.
• Oversee metering testing, installation, and data management tasks.
