Job summary

Spire Inc. is seeking a Field Measurement Supervisor to direct day-to-day work installing, maintaining, and replacing Electronic Commercial and Industrial meters across multiple locations.

You will supervise field teams, ensure safety, schedule resources, and coordinate with project stakeholders for successful meter installations. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of operations experience, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with enterprise software tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in overall company operations.
• Knowledge of natural gas metering and measurement concepts.
• Experience with enterprise software applications (Click, Maximo, CC&B).

Responsibilities

• Oversee plans to ensure health and safety of department personnel.
• Lead transformational change with advanced metering technology for Commercial/Industrial customers.
• Organize crews and ensure material, equipment, and personnel are available; coordinate with Workload Planning.
