Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years in natural gas, utilities, customer service, or process systems.
• 2+ years of supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience.
• Ability to lead people, manage projects, and prioritize competing work activities.
• Strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with employees, customers, contractors, and partners.
• Proficiency using computer systems and software for data analysis, reporting, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily meter services operations, including meter reading, AMR data collection, ERT maintenance/replacement, audits, and inside leak surveys.
• Utilize SAP, Itron, RouteSmart, Click, and similar systems to monitor performance and manage work activities.
• Supervise meter reading, AMR, ERT replacement, routing, and inside leak survey operations for compliance.
• Assign and oversee meter reading orders, customer appointments, investigations, leak grading, and account routing.
• Investigate and resolve account, billing, and customer service issues.
• Research customer accounts and device information in SAP and related systems.
• Develop and improve departmental processes, work practices, and employee training programs.
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits and compliance activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and collaborate with contractors and partners to support goals.
• Provide field leadership by coaching employees and promoting safe work practices.
