Job summary

Bermex, Inc. is seeking a Meter Services Supervisor who will lead the meter reading team, interact with customers, and ensure high-quality service delivery across projects.

This role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and regulatory knowledge, with outdoor work and extensive walking required. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and readiness to complete required safety and qualification training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or project-management role.
• OQ training or willingness to complete Pipeline Operator Qualification training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise meter services with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers, managers, and utilities to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Train new workers and assign tasks as needed.
• Oversee personnel actions and performance improvements.
