Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated Meta Technician Expert to perform end-to-end service across a territory of retail locations. Duties include break-fix, installations, and merchandising, with a focus on optimal performance and brand standards.

Travel within the market and reporting via mobile devices are expected. The role is full-time with a standard Monday–Friday 8:00 am start; occasional weekends may be required with notice.

Qualifications

• Experience with display installations and merchandising per planograms.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve display issues including lighting and connectivity.
• Proficient in using basic tools and reporting with mobile devices.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within market.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across 24–35 stores per market following schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues maintaining display performance.
• Perform end-to-end installations, builds, and refreshes of retail displays.
• Complete ad-hoc service requests within SLA of 48–72 hours where required.
• Ensure compliance with planograms, branding, and display standards.
• Document all service activity and outcomes timely.
• Maintain trunk stock inventory and parts for first-time fix capability.
• Build strong relationships with in-store personnel and participate in calls.
