Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Dedicated Meta Technician Expert to operate as a highly skilled field professional responsible for end-to-end break-fix, installation, and maintenance of Meta displays within your territory.

You will diagnose complex issues, perform installations and refreshes, ensure planograms and brand standards are met, and drive high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision. This part-time role requires reliable transportation and a 19–26 hour workweek.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience using basic tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing/display issues including lighting, fixtures, buttons.
• Experience resolving electronic/connectivity issues (cabling, power, integration).

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across 2–25 stores per market.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform end-to-end installations, builds, and refreshes of displays and fixtures.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within SLAs (48–72 hours).
• Document all service activity and outcomes on time.
• Maintain planograms, brand standards, and display requirements across locations.
