Job summary

Mondelēz International hires a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. You’ll ensure in-store execution, maintain brand standards, and assist with seasonal launches while building strong relationships with store teams and leadership.

Role requires lifting, driving, and travel across markets; 18+ with a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED. Company vehicle provided along with gas card and maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Must have a valid driver's license in your state.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage with store visits and photo documentation.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring RTM plan compliance.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop leadership skills for future management roles.
• Stay safe and compliant, lifting and moving product following safety policies.
