Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across our U.S. retail network. You’ll help maintain execution standards, represent the Mondelēz brands, and ensure stores align with company expectations.

This field role requires strong customer service, ability to lift up to 25 lbs., a valid driver's license, and flexible weekend availability. A company vehicle is provided to cover assigned markets, with a competitive salary and bonus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution with field tools.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure brand visibility.
• Build relationships with store personnel to enable smooth execution.
