Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across an assigned market. The role involves hands-on merchandising, resets, installs, and guiding a team of merchandising associates to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

The position requires 2+ years of field experience, travel within the market, and the ability to train staff while ensuring safety and compliance with planograms and client standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build and maintain relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting through mobile apps and verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and client/store issues to the District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time with quality.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards and safety.
