Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. This full-time role involves performing resets, installations, planogram compliance, displays, and in-store leadership with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Ability to read, interpret and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone/tablet reporting experience.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build and maintain relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through mobile apps and verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between assigned stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and ensure proper tool operation; address unsafe conditions or behavior.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client/store issues to the District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and with quality.
• Train, coach, and demonstrate standards for merchandising, installation, break fix, safety, dress code, and retailer requirements.
• Provide input on associate performance and onboarding as requested.
