Channel Partners Solutions seeks an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across an assigned market. This full-time, field-based role performs resets, installations, and break-fix work, guiding a team of associates to meet quality standards.

You will travel between stores, coordinate with the District Manager, ensure safety, report progress via mobile apps, and train staff. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with a smartphone/tablet for reporting and photos.
• Willing to travel and work across the assigned market.

Mansioni

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks on site, inspect completed work to standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build strong relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visits, photos, data) via mobile apps; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and correct unsafe conditions or behavior.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and issues to District Manager promptly.
• Lead and train merchandising associates on standards, safety, and retailer requirements.
