Channel Partners Solutions is hiring an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising activities across assigned stores. The role involves hands-on resets, installations, planogram compliance, and coordinating a team of merchandising associates in the market.

You will train and coach staff, ensure safety and quality, and report progress to the District Manager. Regular travel within the market and to neighboring markets is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates or teams.
• Ability to interpret and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Perform in-store merchandising activities across the territory, including resets, new-item cut-ins, planograms, displays, and inventory.
• Direct in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work to standards.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build strong relationships with store management and client reps.
• Submit accurate, on-time project reporting (visits, photos, data) via mobile apps and systems.
