Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. You will personally perform merchandising tasks and manage an in-market team to ensure on-time, high-quality execution while training staff and enforcing safety standards.

Regular travel is required within the market and to neighboring markets as needed. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential, with opportunities for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field experience.
• Experience leading or training field associates; formal or informal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory (resets, planograms, displays, fixtures, signage, inventory).
• Direct in-store team on projects: issue instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work against standards.
• Build strong relationships with store management and client reps in-market.
• Submit accurate, on-time project reports with photos and data via company apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and correct unsafe conditions on site.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs promptly to District Manager.
• Lead merchandising associates to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
• Train and coach on merchandising, installation, safety, and vendor requirements.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding new associates as requested.
