Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market. You will personally perform merchandising tasks, train associates, and ensure safety and quality on every project.

The role requires regular travel, leadership of in-store teams, and an emphasis on meeting timelines with precise reporting through company apps. This full-time field position offers weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Must be willing to travel regularly within the market and to neighboring markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build strong relationships with store management and client reps.
