Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across assigned markets. You will manage in-store projects, ensure planogram compliance, and oversee a team of merchandising associates to deliver high-quality results while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising, leadership experience, and the ability to travel. It offers a full-time field-based schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and auto insurance meeting company policy requirements
• Proficiency with a smartphone, tablet, or iPad for reporting and photo capture
• Certified, or willing to become certified within 30 days of hire, to safely operate forklifts and aerial/scissor lifts where required
• Resides within reasonable commuting distance of the assigned territory; generally within ~30 miles of stores
• Willingness to travel by personal vehicle throughout the assigned market and neighboring markets, including occasional overnight travel
• Familiarity with major retail environments such as electronics, big-box, and grocery
• Able to work full-time including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends
• Maintain personal toolkit for merchandising, fixture installation, break-fix, and reset work
• Tools include screwdrivers, pliers, hammer, tape measure, level, adjustable wrench, cordless drill, drill and driver bits, rubber mallet, utility knife, and socket set

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against standards
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build and maintain relationships with store management and client representatives
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting through company mobile apps and verify accuracy of team reporting
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines
• Enforce safety standards on site; verify safe use of tools and stop unsafe conditions
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client/store issues to District Manager
• Lead the in-store team to ensure on-time completion of team-based projects
• Train and coach on merchandising, installation, break-fix, safety, dress code, and retailer requirements
• Provide input to District Manager on associate performance and onboarding of new associates
